Start your quality mark here
From an accessibility ambition to a quality label that truly makes a difference.
You don't just get an Accessibly Yours quality label. We look beyond a wheelchair-accessible entrance or a checked box on a checklist. We assess how accessible your overall guest and travel experience truly is in practice.
1. Meet and greet
We start with your organisation.
What do you offer? Who are your guests? What challenges do travellers face? And where do your biggest opportunities lie?
We map out your customer journey and current accessibility offerings.
2. The Accessibly Yours Audit
We look beyond the front door.
Our experts assess the entire experience: from finding and booking your offer to arrival, stay, transport, activities, service, communication, and departure.
Among other things, we look at physical, digital, sensory, cognitive, and service-oriented accessibility.
3. Testing in practice
Because accessibility must work for real people.
Where relevant, we test the experience in practice with experts by experience. This way, we discover not only what is technically correct, but also where a traveler actually experiences obstacles, uncertainty, or inconvenience.
4. Insights & improvement plan
You won't just hear what's not going well. You'll receive a plan to make it better.
You'll get a clear report with strengths, areas for improvement, and concrete recommendations. We'll help you prioritize: what needs to happen now, what can wait, and where is the greatest impact?
5. Ready for review
Time to show what you've achieved.
After the improvement phase, we will re-evaluate whether your organization meets the Accessibly Yours standards.
These standards are based on best practices and relevant international frameworks for accessible tourism, including ISO 21902.
6. Accessibly Yours Certified
Succeeded? Then you can show it off.
If you meet our criteria, you will receive the official Accessibly Yours Certified label.
You can use this on your website, in your communications, and at relevant points within your customer journey. This way, a traveler immediately sees: accessibility has been seriously evaluated here.
7. Visible to travelers
From quality mark to trust.
Certified organizations are included in the Accessibly Yours network. In this way, we are building a globally recognizable network of hospitality and travel organizations where travelers with different accessibility needs can choose their next experience with more confidence.
- Not just a checkmark. A promise you deliver on.
- A quality mark should mean more than just a nice logo.
- The Accessibly Yours quality mark stands for organizations willing to have their accessibility critically reviewed, improved, and made transparent for their guests.
